"Be Bold. Be Catholic." Oh, the anticipation!

I got this from a Matthew Kelly email:

Sometimes I look around at Church and so many people seem disengaged... and then I remember that these are the 25% of Catholics who actually come to Mass on Sunday. How is it that so few people appreciate or understand the genius of Catholicism?

Isn't it time someone did something?

At the Dynamic Catholic Institute we are doing something. Please hold us in prayer as we continue our mission to reengage disengaged Catholics and reenergize the Catholic Church. For more information, please visit our website,
www.DynamicCatholic.com when it goes live May 13th.

Be Bold. Be Catholic.

Matthew Kelly

I've you've read Rediscovering Catholicism, you'll be excited, too.  It was a great book for those wanting to become re-acquainted with the Catholic faith.

We were lucky enough to hear Matthew at a NCCW convention a couple years ago.  His way of relating was refreshing and helped me see deeper into the fulness of the Catholic faith.

I'm anxious to see their new website!

Don't forget Matthew will be in Des Moines Oct. 16-17th,
I am finally geting around to reading Alquests book of G.K.Chesterton. He says "Traditionally there has been one key person who has prevented the total degeneration into specialization, into this separating of everything from everything else. That person is the woman. He thinks women are superior to men, and for women to seek equality would be a step downward.
"women were not kept at home in order to keep them narrow, on the contrary, they were kept at home to keep them broad. The world outside the house was one mass of narrowness, a maze of crampted paths, madhouse of monomaniacs".
(monomaniacs= patholoogical obsession with one idea or subject, intent concentration on or exaggerated entheusiasm for a single subject.) Relly answers a lot of questions about multi-tasking
