Effective Minutes

I've done my share of minutes the last couple years.  Here's some good advice from a past NCCW event regarding meeting minutes.

It's important to record what was DONE, not SAID.  Adjectives?  As few as possible.  Remember, a "wonderful lunch" and a "beautiful rendition" are in the eyes of beholder.
